While in Charleston, SC we walked the Arthur Ravenel Junior Bridge. This bridge was completed in 2005 and is one of the longest cable-stayed bridges in the western world. The bridge provides 186 feet of clearance for ships below and has a pedestrian/bike lane the entire length. This is a gorgeous bridge that is very people friendly. I wished I could have gotten a shot of the bridge at night to see the lights.
